Prices on this website, our social media and communication are subject to delivery costs, except orders above £15.00 which include free standard (2nd class) UK delivery. Orders above £15.00 have faster delivery options available at checkout which are payable by you if chosen.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website, our social media and communications are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, or the postage cost of the order or due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered, we will inform you in email and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

When an item is on "sale", the item will have been for sale on this website, for a minimum of 28 days in the previous six months at the "was" price.

Deposits.

If you contact us, or we offer you, a different colour, size or style of an item which isn't in stock, we can order the different colour, size or style (subject to availability) for a 20% non-refundable deposit of the selling price quoted, taken at the time of order. When the item is ready, we will contact you via email initially, and phone (if a number has been provided) to advise you that the order is ready. We will attempt to contact you for 1 calendar month (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), if after this time we have been unable to contact you the item will be placed on the website, social media or communication for general sale.

If you change your mind.

If you change your mind after placing an order before we have sent you a dispatch confirmation email please contact us with your name, address and order number and we will do our best to cancel/amend the order before it is dispatched. Please note that if you cancel/amend part of an order the postage is recalculated on the price of goods you keep. This may affect the delivery charge payment for example if you order total drops below £15.00 you will no longer be eligible for free standard UK postage.

Terms of Sale.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that that we are unable to fulfil your order, an email will be sent to you and a full refund will me made.

After you have placed an order:

We will send you, as soon as possible, an email to acknowledge your order. This email is not an order acceptance from us.
When we dispatch your order, we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order. This means that we have formally accepted the order and are obliged to complete the contract.

We explicitly reserve the right not to accept, or to reject or cancel, an order for any reason. In circumstances such as below we would not be liable for any damage or costs other than the repayment of nay amount received from you in relation to the relevant This includes (without limitation):

When a product is not available;

Where items are offered for free or at a lower price when purchased with other items, or an order past a certain amount, the free or reduced price item must be returned if any part of the order is returned.
No refund can be given for the free item.
Only the price paid for reduced price items will be refunded and not the normal full price.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday events exclude sale items and gift certificates.
When offers are running, orders placed during an event cannot be added or amended to previous orders.
Offers apply to in stock items only, at the time of promotion, whilst stock lasts.
Gift certificates cannot be used when offers are running.
Order processing may take a little longer during promotional events, thank you for your patience.
Free items are subject to availability, once the free allocation of the item has gone, no more free items will be available, even if the item is available to purchase.

VIP

We reserve the right to withdraw the VIP scheme at any time. Gems earnt cannot be exchanged for money/credit notes. Refunds on purchases made with Gems will only be refunded for the monetary value paid and not the value without Gems discount. Gems cannot be sold and hold no value other than the relevant discount.
