Returns and Refunds.
We hope that you love your purchase from Mesmer Jewellery. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us.
Please email us at: email@example.com advising the reason for return. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Then simply return the unworn, unused item/s to us in its original packaging, with the tag attached, within 30 days of purchase.
Jewellery is extremely unlikely to tarnish within 30 days, especially if it is cared for as suggested in our care guide. If, jewellery that is returned has damage that is deemed by us, to be caused by mis-care ( for example: jewellery that is tarnished after use in swimming pools or in contact with chemicals; clasps that have been forced on bracelets etc ) will not be refunded or refunded in full. You will be contacted in this incidence via email to discuss.
For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free, a free item or another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items to enable a refund to be processed.
Purchases made using a discount/promotional code will be refunded the amount paid after the discount and not the website listed price.
Purchases made during a sale period will be refunded the amount paid during the sale period and not the website listed price outside of that sale period.
Any postage costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for refund. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage. In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office, or other postage method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
In the interests of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our returns policy.
Any amount due will be refunded to your original payment method, upon receipt of the item/s, within 5 working days. The amount of time that it takes for you to receive the refund is dependent upon the payment provider used to make the purchase.
For purchases made with a gift certificate please refer to our Gift Certificate policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
